About Us
Gospel Outreach Ministries (GO) reaches underserved communities and vulnerable populations, including those impacted by human trafficking, childhood trauma and homelessness. GO serves as a first point of contact for those who are lost and hurting by addressing immediate needs, followed by connecting them to an Assemblies of God church or ministry for ongoing discipleship and support.
Our mission is to actively engage communities with the love of Christ by seeking the lost, serving those in need and sending the Church into the world.
Through strategic outreach, compassionate ministry and bold gospel proclamation, we bring the message of Jesus to people where they are.
National Director
Dwight L. Miranda was born and raised in a Christian Assemblies of God home. His parents are retired AG ministers and church planters in Puerto Rico. Dwight began his ministry at the age of 14 as a preacher and youth sectional leader in The Bronx for the Spanish Eastern District. Later, he served for several years as the District Youth Director (DYD) for the Puerto Rico District and received his ordination in 1998.
In addition, Dwight served two terms as a U.S. missionary under Intercultural Ministries and Church Planters and Developers. During this time, he led the Bible School in Puerto Rico (Colegio Teológico del Caribe A/D) and later moved to the Florida Multicultural District, where he planted Vida Community Church in Pasco County.
As part of the Florida Multicultural District, he has served as a sectional presbyter, a resource for the Spiritual Formation Department and as a team member of the Missions Resource Center as the U.S. Missions Coordinator.
Dwight also pastored Promesa Church in Orlando for three years. Dwight’s passion for missions has taken him to many countries around the world, where he has preached and led others in faith. As the U.S. Missions Coordinator in his district, he has helped ignite a renewed vision for domestic missions and fostered strategic partnerships with other ministries and AG networks.
His vision is to reach people with the love and word of God, guiding them to become devoted followers of Christ.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Dwight is married to Yalitza, and together they have four children.
